Budget Public Hearing Notice

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON

PROPOSED BUDGET—CITY OF LESLIE

Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be conducted by the Leslie City Council at 7:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible on Tuesday, May 21^, 2024, at Leslie City Hall, 602 W. Bellevue Street.

PURPOSE OF THIS HEARING:          Consider the proposed City Budget for Fiscal Year

                                                            July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025.

The property tax millage rate proposed to be levied to support the proposed budget will be a subject of this hearing.

Estimated Proposed Leslie City millage rates for 2024 are:

                                                General Operating                    16.6 mills

                                                Total                                       16.6 mills

A copy of the proposed budget is available on file for public viewing during regular City Office hours at Leslie City Offices, 602 W. Bellevue Street, Leslie, MI 49251.
