PLEASE BE NOTIFIED, that there will be a PUBLIC HEARING held during the Leslie City Council Meeting on Tuesday, May 21, 2024 at 7:00 P.M. at Leslie City Hall, 602 W. Bellevue Street, Leslie, MI 49251. Public comment will be accepted. Consideration will be given to the following application for Special Use:

 

Case No. 2024-SU-02: MMAA Holdings, LLC, Applicant, request special use permit to allow the use of 800 Rice Street, Leslie, MI 49251 as an Adult-Use Marihuana Class C Grow Facility.
